Curtains and mirrors

A bridge is not only a way to cross a river. Maybe, a bridge is something more. Is a point of contact. For people, for cities, for buildings... is something between things. Between modern and ancient, old masonry walls and modern painted tall building. Between sky and water, the shiny silvery mirror of the world, in which nothing lose its colour, neither its shape, but only become like woven on the very fabric of dreams. Generations of men built the upside town, Nature herself weaved the magical everchanging tapestry in the river. Then, she put on a wooden courtain. Like we do for our most precious things. She, too, likes taking pictures of us like we take pictures of her most charming poses. But she also tries to defend and respect her models. We must learn something from her... Nature is so a good artist

Un ponte non è solo il modo per attraversare un fiume. Forse, un ponte è qualcosa di più. Un punto di contatto. Per persone, città, fabbricato. E' qualcosa tra altre cose. Tra antico e moderno, vecchi muri di mattoni e moderni edifici, alti e ridipinti. Tra il cielo e l'acqua, lo specchio dorato del mondo, in cui niente perde il suo colore, nè la sua forma, ma diventa come tessuto con la stoffa dei sogni. Generazioni di uomini hanno costruito la città in alto, la stessa Natura ha tessuto l'arazzo mutevole nel fiume. Poi ha appeso una tendina lignea. Come facciamo per le cose più preziose. Anche lei adora raccogliere immagini di noi, come noi catturiamo impressioni delle sue pose più incantevoli. Ma lei prova anche a difendere e rispettare i suoi modelli. Dovremmo imparare qualcosa da lei... la Natura è una grande artista
